apple juice or cider (Cranberry could be substituted as well) |

pineapple juice |

| 1 1/2 cup |

orange juice |

| 1 1/2 cup |

lemon juice |

| |
| Make syrup by boiling sugar, water, cinnamon, lemon slices and cloves for 5 minutes. Strain syrup and the pineapple, orange and lemon juices. Heat but do not boil, 1 quart red wine. Combine juice mixture and wine. Serve very hot. Can refrigerate unused portion and reheat. |
