(1-cup) shredded cheddar cheese |

(3/4 cup)shredded pasteurized processed cheese spread |

| Heat oil - saute onion and garlic. 1/6 tomatoes liquid - crush tomatoes - mix corn starch - add to onions; peppers, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, mix well. Boil 1 minutes or till thickened. Reduce heat and stir in cheeses. Heat until cheeses are melted. Serve hot chops or crackers. Makes 2 cups |
