Roasting pumpkin seeds
 
 
Granny and Grandmother used to make these for us as a kids!** (works with any edible seed)
 
  pumpkin seeds  
  salt  
 
Wash all the ooze off the seeds after cleaning a pumpkin. Pat them with a towel to remove excess moisture and any debris you may have missed. Sprinkle with salt (other flavors may be used, remember it will just flavor the outside of the seed.) Spread on a cookie sheet and put in preheated oven at 375° for about 20 - 25 minutes.
