Middles Cheese Balls
 
 
Our family did a lot of entertaining and these were one of my personal favorites with Penrose beer sausages cooked as a 'middle'.
 
2   jars of old english cheese  
1/2   stick butter  
1 cup    plain flour  
  Middles, chopped into 1/4 inch sizes (tip follows)  
 
Roll dough into a ball and stuff with one of the middles: Freeze until needed. Bake frozen, at 350° for 15 minutes.
